What are your shipping fees?

We provide both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders will be processed once item availability and payment authorization have been confirmed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Ready to Ship orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET (Mon–Fri) ship within 1–3 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. ‘Made to Order’ items require additional discussion and will be ready within 2–3 weeks after final details are confirmed.

How do I know my order has shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your junk mail folder and add info@jaymemarshalldesign.com to your safe sender list. You may also opt to receive shipping updates via text by providing your phone number at checkout.

What’s my order status and how do I track it?

After placing an order, you may track it at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Residents of the Washington, DC area may request in-person pickup by contacting info@jaymemarshalldesign.com. We will accommodate pick-up\requests as promptly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are currently unable to ship to international addresses or accept international credit cards.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

No, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What is your holiday and shipping and delivery timeframe?

For the 2025 holiday season, orders for Ready to Ship will go out the next business day. For Made to Order items, they will ship according to the estimated delivery discussed during the customization conversation and follow up confirmation email.
