What necklace lengths are available?

Can a bracelet be sized?

Yes, all of our signature gemstone stretch bracelets and sterling silver cuff bracelets are sizable. We can make them bigger or smaller depending on your wrist size. Please email info@jaymemarshalldesign.com to discuss custom sizes for any of our bracelets.

What if an item I want says out of stock?

Some of the items on our site are made from one of a kind or rare gemstones. If you see something you love, email us at info@jaymemarshalldesign.com. We may be able to recreate the style or design a similar piece that speaks to your spirit.

How do I care for my new piece of jewelry?

Jayme Marshall Jewelry is known for its unique sterling and fine silver finish and precious natural gemstones. These special materials require gentle care.

Care

Sterling and fine silver jewelry naturally reacts to light, air, and environmental factors which can cause gradual color change known as patina. This is not damage and can even add to the beauty of a design. To remove any unwanted or extreme tarnish from developing, jewelry should be routinely worn then wiped with a polishing cloth before storing. Polishing clothes are available in the online store or through Amazon.

Avoid wearing any jewelry in showers, pools, or anywhere they would be submerged in water, chlorine, and other chemicals as this will shorten the lifespan of the materials. This is especially true for beaded items strung on elastic, silk, or jewelry wire.

Sterling silver cuff bracelets can become brittle over time if they are not put on and taken off properly. That is, cuff bracelets are intended to be rolled onto the wrist, not forced open and closed. Over time, if a bracelet is bent, it may crack or break. Cleaning

To retain its characteristic finish, silver and gemstone jewelry should be cleaned with silver polishing cloths or silver cleaning pads, but soaking in liquid jewelry cleaner should be avoided. Silver chains can be gently cleaned with a soft bristle brush, like a soft bristle toothbrush, and a gentle non detergent soap. A favorite option is Kiehl’s brand Coriander Liquid Hand Soap. After softly scrubbing, chains should be rinsed and thoroughly dried.

Gemstone beads can be gently brushed with a damp soft bristle toothbrush to remove dust and debris and then thoroughly dried. Pearls should not be soaked in cleaner or alcohol or any kind of chemical. Regular wear and wiping with a soft damp cloth (not a brush) is the best way to maintain the luster of pearl jewelry.

Keum-boo gold jewelry may be cleaned in a similar manner to pearls, by wiping very gently with a soft cloth to not remove the patina.

It is not recommended to clean any of our products in at-home ultrasonic jewelry cleaning machines.
